We support patients with chronic  and rare diseases to find appropriate treatment centers and resources

to  improve their conditions. Providing them with opportunities for a healthier lifestyle is at the core of our mission.

Helping patients to find and achieve appropriate treatment  is a mater of justice.

Inclusion and social responsibility are at the 

core of our mission. 

With more than 7000 rare diseases and conditions, and 350 million people affected  around the globe, families face uncertainty and the economic burden of dealing with an unknown enemy, while trying to keep all their pieces together. We offer a helping hand in navigating this uncharted waters, by helping them achieve a treatment according to their specific needs.

To be part of a network of supporting organizations for patients with chronic/rare 

diseases, around the globe.

We are a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit Organization, offering support to patients living with chronic and/or rare conditions; helping them find an appropriate treatment center, innovative approaches and technical resources, as well as  support groups or organizations.
